In observation of August as Grief Awareness Month, we’d like to acknowledge that grieving is a human experience both universal and deeply personal. It can follow the loss of a loved one, a relationship, employment, a sense of stability, or an expected future. It doesn’t follow a set timeline, and it can show up in many different ways.
Therapy can offer space to process loss, understand its impact, and find ways to move forward while still honoring what was lost.
If grief is affecting your daily life, you are not alone: support is available. Many of our treatment services are designed directly to help you move through grief. Please feel free to reach out directly to our office for more information.
