IOP Program Director

Are you a clinical psychologist who is passionate about building programs that deliver meaningful, measurable impact for clients and their families? In this role, you will combine direct clinical care with oversight of our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), guiding both the clinical direction and the day-to-day operations of these programs.

Mind Therapy Clinic is seeking an experienced clinical psychologist or master’s-level psychotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You’ll provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy across our outpatient and intensive programs — with the independence of private practice and the support of a collaborative team. Supervisory opportunities for mentoring interns and trainees are available.

Intake Specialist

Mind Therapy Clinic is looking for an intake specialist to guide new patients from their first inquiry through scheduling and admission. You’ll gather demographic, insurance, and payment information, create patient records, coordinate with our admissions and billing teams, and provide warm, responsive support by phone, text, and email. A bachelor’s degree is required; customer-service or mental-health intake experience is a plus.

Mind Therapy Clinic is seeking an energetic, organized operations admin to support the day-to-day running of our clinic. You’ll help manage front-desk reception, set up group therapy rooms and technology, schedule and confirm appointments, update patient information, process payments, and keep operations running smoothly. Medical front- and back-office experience is preferred.
