Who Are We?
At Mind Therapy Clinic, our mission is to personalize your mental health care to best suit your needs. MTC takes an integrative and holistic approach to therapy so you can achieve healing. Our clinicians create customized treatment plans led from a psychiatric perspective and highlighting the importance of family and relationships in recovery.
We specialize in treatment-resistant mental health issues, as well as co-occurring and dual diagnoses, meaning we provide therapeutic services to individuals who have tried many interventions without success. Unlike others, MTC provides services all along the continuum of care, from outpatient psychotherapy to 24/7 live-in support.

A word from our founder
“Early in my career I had some frustrations with fragmented care systems that left me wanting something different. I founded this clinic based on the belief that the best care is with a collaborative and integrated team. Our specialized medical professionals and clinicians work together to create a treatment plan to meet your unique mental health needs and to help you every step of the way in your healing. My team and I are committed to the highest standards of excellence, utilizing the latest cutting-edge research and resources in psychiatry and psychotherapy to support your mental health.”
Levels of Care
We offer a stepped-care approach: Outpatient, IOP, and PHP, as well as the option for 24/7 Live-in Care. Each blends psychiatry, therapy, and skills groups in different doses. Together, we’ll match the level to your goals, schedule, and support needs – and transition between levels when it’s helpful.
Targeted mental health care that fits your schedule
Our outpatient care offers flexible, individualized treatment that fits into your daily life. Individual services include psychiatry, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, ketamine-assisted therapy (KAP), transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), SpravatoTM (a type of ketamine treatment), and/or group therapy. Outpatient clients can participate in up to three groups of their choosing. Care is tailored to your needs so you get the right level of support.
Frequency and Structure
- As-needed, depending on your goals
- One service – approximately an hour and a half per week, depending on the treatment
Length
- Ongoing – you receive care for as long as it’s helpful
- Ability to move up on the continuum of care – for example, joining programming and returning back to outpatient services when you’re stable
Best For
- Individuals looking for support in specific areas while maintaining their regular routines
- Those stepping down from a higher level of treatment for continued support and maintenance
- Looking for specific intervention or psychiatric treatments such as TMS or KAP
Intensive structure, real-life flexibility
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers customized, structured, multi-disciplinary care while allowing individuals to live at home. Treatment includes psychiatric evaluation, ongoing medication management with a psychiatrist, individual therapy, and case management. Unlike other intensive outpatient programs, we also integrate family therapy into our programming, placing family as a crucial component of an individual’s overall treatment. Additionally, patients work closely with their care team to create a group therapy schedule, selecting the groups best suited to their goals. Depending on your needs, services such as ketamine-assisted therapy (KAP) or transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) may also be included as adjunct services.
Frequency and Structure
- 3, 4, or 5 days per week – groups begin as early as 10:00AM and finish no later than 6:50PM
- Two 80-minute group sessions per day, with some offered virtually or hybrid
- Approximately twelve to seventeen hours per week, including individual and family therapy, psychiatry, and case management
Length
- Approximately three months, though the exact duration is tailored to individual needs, preferences, and clinical recommendations
- Ability to move up or down the continuum of care through the treatment process – for example, a patient may step up to Partial Hospitalization Programming for more support, or step down from a four-day IOP to a three-day IOP
Best For
- Individuals stepping down from an inpatient facility who need a structured, supportive transition
- Those interested in a broad range of therapeutic services
Highest support without a hospital stay
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides the highest level of structured care short of full hospitalization. Like IOP, PHP includes psychiatry, individual therapy, family therapy, case management, and group therapy, as well as adjunct services recommended by the client’s care team.
Frequency and Structure
- Four to five days per week
- 3–4 group sessions, each lasting 80 minutes – approximately twenty to thirty hours per week including individual and family therapy, psychiatry, and case management
Length
- An average of three months, though the exact duration varies based on clinical recommendations and individual progress
- Ability to move down the continuum of care as treatment progresses – eventually stepping down to outpatient
Best For
- Individuals stepping down from inpatient hospitalization who need continued daily structure and support
- Those requiring a higher level of care than IOP provides, but not full hospitalization
Round-the-clock structure in a healing home
E Street House, our supportive living facility, offers 24/7 care in a safe, structured living environment. The environment encourages residents to practice healthy habits introduced in therapy while building connection and community in a supportive space.
Frequency and Structure

- Participation in weekly cooking activity, twice weekly house meetings, and a weekend outing of the residents’ choosing
- Participation in adjunct therapies such as equine therapy, yoga, and more
- Self-directed free time to engage in activities that support personal growth and recovery
- Can be paired with PHP or IOP treatment at any level
Length
- Dependent on individual needs
Best For
- Individuals who benefit from a supportive, communal living environment in addition to intensive treatment
- Those who want extra accountability and guidance with daily living
- Clients stepping down from inpatient care who prefer a gradual transition into outpatient treatment
