This past weekend, Mind Therapy Clinic was proud to take part in Redwood High School’s Community Day, an event that brought together students, families, and local organizations to kick off Redwood High’s football season.
At our booth, Dr. Mark Schiller and Andersen Teoh had the opportunity to meet many parents, teens, and educators who stopped by to learn more about the services we provide. We were especially excited to share information about our new Teen Anxiety Group, designed to give young people a safe space to navigate stress, build coping skills, and know they are not alone in what they’re going through.
The energy at Redwood was uplifting—families gathered for fun, students cheered on their peers during the game, and neighbors connected in meaningful ways. We left the event feeling inspired and even more committed to our mission of supporting youth mental wellness.
We want to thank Redwood High School for hosting such a welcoming event, and everyone who took the time to stop by our booth. We look forward to continuing to serve the Marin community and support teens and families through our therapeutic programs.
If you’d like to learn more about our upcoming Teen Anxiety Group or other services, please reach out to us at Mind Therapy Clinic to see how we can help. Together, we can build resilience, hope, and stronger connections for our youth.
