Lauren Lucitt, PsyD
Dr. Lauren Lucitt is a postdoctoral psychology fellow. She earned her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the PAU Stanford PsyD Consortium and completed her internship at the Martinez VA Medical Center in Northern California. She also received training at Stanford’s Psychiatric Inpatient Unit and the San Francisco VA’s IOP and Drug and Alcohol Treatment clinic.
Dr. Lucitt has worked with folks presenting with substance and behavioral addiction disorders, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, complex PTSD, dual diagnoses, co-occurring health disorders and chronic pain, mood disorders, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, and folks with varying neurocognitive abilities. She has a specialized interest in working with the LGBTQ+ community, couples, families, those experiencing minority stress, life transitions, and attachment issues.
Her main areas of interest and training include DBT, ACT, Mindfulness-based therapy, CRAFT, IPT, EFT, CPT, CBTp, feminist therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and dream interpretation. She prioritizes making therapy holistic, strengths-based, and patient-centered. In her free time, she enjoys making new recipes, going to farmers markets, and hiking.
