Anxiety

Anxiety is treatable and you don’t have to do it alone.
Anxiety disorders can cause persistent worry, panic, physical tension, and avoidance that get in the way of school, work, and relationships. Common types include generalized anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, and specific phobias. Anxiety often occurs with depression, trauma-related symptoms, OCD-spectrum issues, ADHD, or substance use; treating only one piece rarely sticks.

If you’re experiencing excessive anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, panicked, or encountering physical symptoms due to anxiety, it might be time to get help. We applaud your decision to take steps toward healing! You’ve come to the right place. Anxiety can often coexist with other mental and addictive disorders. This is why we prioritize identifying the root causes prior to creating your personalized treatment plan. Your plan will be unique and designed around you, because anxiety doesn’t manifest the same way for everyone, despite affecting approximately 50% of the population. Our integrated approach of proven and effective treatments will truly transform your life, finally giving you relief.

Our Approach

  • Psychiatry-led, integrated care: one team (psychiatrist, individual & family therapists, group facilitators, case manager) working from one plan

  • Evidence-based care: CBT, exposure/ERP, ACT, DBT skills, mindfulness; medication management when helpful

  • Measurement-based: regular symptom tracking and goal reviews

  • Continuity: easy step-up/step-down across Outpatient ↔ IOP ↔ PHP, with the same core team; option to pair with 24/7 supportive living when more structure is needed

If:
  • Worry or panic are hard to control and interfere with daily life

  • You avoid people, places, or tasks because of anxiety
