The Next Right Thing

July 4 @ 3:00 pm-4:20 pm

This group is for individuals currently curious about how their coping behaviors may no longer be serving them. When we are in emotional pain, we can make choices in the short term that lead to feeling worse in the long term. The Next Right Thing is a process and skills group to help clients learn more about how addiction to substances, compulsive behaviors, and other current coping strategies can hinder positive change in day-to-day life.

This group is for clients who want to gain insight into what is currently getting in the way of choosing healthier ways to cope and provide them with a safe, judgment-free space to address unhealthy cycles of coping.
