Jack Van Bezooyen, MD
Dr. Jack Van Bezooyen completed an Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship at USCF, after serving as Chief Resident at VA Medical Center and Emory University where he also did an additional two years of specialized training in psychotherapy. He received his medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California. During his fellowship, he worked at VA Hospital in San Francisco to obtain additional training in addiction psychiatry.
At Mind Therapy Clinic, Dr. Van Bezooyen provides medication management and/or psychotherapy in various modalities for mood disorders, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use disorders, and individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. He is trained in addiction psychiatry and provides care to individuals in need of Suboxone, or Naltrexone for opioid use disorder, Ketamine treatment, and can manage complex benzodiazepine tapers.
