Self Compassion Group

June 30 @ 10:00 am-11:20 am

Practice self-compassion techniques

Our high-pressure culture can influence individuals to create unrealistic self-expectations that often result in feelings of shame and inadequacy. This type of self-judgment can be particularly problematic amongst survivors of trauma and other painful unresolved life experiences, such as addiction. In this group, members practice self-compassion techniques to effectively manage stress and difficult emotions, as well as, improve relationships and create inner peace.

Facilitated by: Wally Gustafson, PsyD & Sara Bisikirski, LCSW (Clinical Supervisor: Matt Blagys, PhD. #PSY 21802)
