In this group, the many facets of responding to the ups and downs of
life will be explored. Through psychoeducation, combined with
discussion, a variety of topics and skills will be presented to promote
confidence in your ability to navigate the challenges and joys of living
your best life. This includes such topics as communication and conflict
resolution; living with gratitude; extending kindness to yourself and
others; Growth Mindset and Grit; coping loss; establishing a Happiness
Advantage; learning about new conceptions of willpower…and many
more.
This group is for anyone who is looking for ways to respond effectively
to life situations while maintaining emotional balance.
