Goals Group

November 14 @ 11:30 am-12:50 pm

Learn to identify, set goals, and work through barriers

The Goal Setting group is a skills-oriented group that helps clients identify what is most important and how to make small changes over time to be more aligned with their values. With peer and clinician support, members learn to identify, set goals, and work through barriers to improve mental health and move towards what they are most passionate about in life.

Participants will learn how to set long and short-term goals to help them achieve long-lasting behavior change and form healthful habits while getting support from others with the same intentions. This group is best suited for those struggling with difficulty feeling motivated to set goals or who feel they are stuck in a loop of attempts and failures. The goal of the group is to give participants the tools and support to move towards what is most meaningful in life and gain confidence in setting and achieving goals.
