The Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills group is designed to help you get what you need from your relationships while being respectful to yourself and others. Group members work on skills such as how to:
- ask for what you need and say no to others
- create healthy personal boundaries
- have challenging conversations
- make friends and maintain friendships
- use validation and cope with invalidation
- end unhealthy relationships
