The Mindful Process Group explores mindful psychology, the intersection between mindfulness, Buddhist psychology, and traditional Western psychology. Group members reflect on their personal experiences as they pertain to various concepts, ideas, and philosophies.
Group members share and process their feelings and thoughts with one another as they emerge during the group process. This group would be helpful for all individuals, particularly those who want to lead a less anxiety-filled, more grounded, centered life. Changing one’s perspective and attitude about life can help attain this emotional state.
