Mindfulness Skills Group

September 23 @ 2:30 pm-3:50 pm

Stress, being emotionally overwhelmed and pain are uninvited guests in our daily lives; however, they are part of the human condition. Stress and pain may have you feeling irritable, tense, depressed, and anxious, which impacts your entire life. The KEY to regaining balance is responding to these stressors with mindful, non-judgmental awareness.

Impossible? Research has shown that mindfulness-based approaches to healing the body and mind are highly effective and can even change our brains.

Facilitated by: Betsy Klinger, LPCC Julie Beck, AMFT (Clinical Supervisor: Julie Sauber, PsyD)
